The Desai Foundation’s Help Desk initiative is strategically designed to simplify the process of availing Government Benefits for rural populations. Run by local community facilitators, the Help Desk provides expert assistance in understanding and accessing a range of financial services and government programs, thereby acting as a crucial link between the community and these key benefits.
The program also assists communities to apply for mandatory Government identification documents that are needed to avail any benefit, such as Aadhar or PAN cards.
