The Desai Foundation’s Beautician Skill Training program is a strategic initiative designed to address this challenge. This initiative is
designed to offer professional training and support to women, equipping them with valuable beautician skills such as bridal makeup, manicures, pedicures, threading etc. The program includes entrepreneurial training as well, enabling participants to establish their own micro-enterprises. Our goal is to empower women with marketable skills, boost their earning potential, and foster economic independence, ultimately making a significant, positive impact on their lives and communities.
